AI Generated Discussion Points

The Smart Suggestions feature integrates seamlessly with Quely's session interface, offering a proactive approach to discussions. By selecting specific thematic categories, users can quickly access a range of AI-generated questions pertinent to their current task or topic, such as project integration, design considerations, or marketing strategies.

• Contextual Question Generation: AI-powered suggestions tailored to each agenda item and context around it.
• Category-Based Filtering: Organize and retrieve relevant questions by filtering through predefined categories (e.g., Design, Q/A, Marketing, Engineering, Product).
• Dynamic Input Population: Instantly populate the discussion input field with selected AI-generated questions.

How to Use Smart Suggestions

Follow these steps to utilize Quely AI's Suggestions feature:

Access the Discussion Point Panel:

• Navigate to the Quely interface where the discussion input field is present.

• Click the Suggestion icon (a robot icon) situated to the right of the input field.

• Result: The "Suggestions" pop-up panel will appear, displaying various category options. Initially, it may indicate "No suggestions yet" until a category is selected.

Select a Category for Suggestions:

• Within the "Suggestions" panel, review the available category buttons: Design, Q/A, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Others.
• Click on the category most relevant to the discussion points you wish to generate.

Example: To generate design-related questions, click on the Design button.

Review and Select a Suggested Question:

• After a short processing time, the "Suggestions" panel will populate with a list of AI-generated questions relevant to the selected category.
• Click on the specific question you wish to add to your discussion.
• Result: The "Suggestions" panel will automatically close, and the selected question will be instantly populated into the main discussion input field at the bottom of the screen.

Refine or Send the Discussion Point:

• Once the suggested question is in the input field, you can choose to:

Edit or expand upon the question.
Click the Send button to submit it as a discussion point or question.

Change or Filter Suggestions (Optional):

• To explore suggestions from a different category or refine existing suggestions, simply click the Suggestion icon again.
• You can then select a new primary category (e.g., Marketing)to further filter the suggestions.
