1. Overview of the Attachments Feature

The Attachments section provides a centralized location for all supplementary materials related to a specific Quely Session.

This section prominently displays a counter indicating the total number of items currently attached.

Each attached item is listed, showing:

  • File Name/Link Title: The name of the attached file or the title/description of the linked resource.
  • Preview Button: A button adjacent to each entry that allows for direct viewing of the attachment's content.

2. How to Use Attachments

2.1. Previewing an Attachment:
To quickly view the content of an attached file or link:

  1. Navigate to the "Attachments" section within your session.
  2. Locate the desired attachment in the list.
  3. Click the "Preview" button next to the attachment's name.

Upon clicking, a pop-up window will appear, displaying the content of the attached file (e.g., an image ) or a new web page (if a URL is attached). To close the preview for images, simply click outside the preview window.

2.2. Supported Attachment Types:
Quely's Attachments feature supports:

  • Files: You can upload various file types, such as images (e.g., .png, .jpg), documents (e.g., .pdf, .docx), videos, spreadsheets and more, with a size limit of 10mb
  • Links: You can also attach direct web links (URLs) to external resources, which will open in a new browser tab for viewing.

2.3. Navigating Attachments:
If you have numerous attachments, you can scroll down within the "Attachments" section to view all listed items. The counter will always reflect the total number of attachments regardless of how many are currently visible on your screen.

By utilizing Quely's Attachments feature, you can keep all relevant files and external resources conveniently organized and accessible directly within your Sessions
